Exercise, Diet & Sleep
Don't over complicate it, walking is one of the best forms of exercise. deliberately add at least 15 minutes into each day. For example, when I worked in London I would deliberately park in a car park further away from the office than I needed to.
Cardio and breaking a sweat can be good for mental health. For me that is running (treadmill) and cycling (road bike and out on the road).
A diet high in processed foods, fats, and alcohol/sugar causes chronic inflammation. The body continually fighting inflammation is responsible for a multitude of modern illnesses & diseases.
Sleep - critically important for physically healing of both the body and the brain. A rested and repaired brain allows for fast, good, decision making.
Repeated Marginal Gain - making 'better' choices (as opposed to the very best possible choice) repeatedly will get you to where you want to and need to be and more quickly than you think.
